The GHOSTCAT F4X is a 40 mph mini eMoto wearing eBike clothing, and the pedals are there for legal classification purposes rather than actual use. Ride quality is the headline story: the KKE suspension, Maxxis MaxxVenture tires, and power-to-weight ratio combine to produce a genuinely fun and capable machine that does not ride like anything else in the fat tire eBike category.
