The Skwheel One is a new, exciting concept for the world of PEVs. We've reviewed regular electric skateboards like the Vestar V2 Pro and the Venoboard V1, we've never seen anything like this. It's basically a cross between an electric mountain board and skiis, with some fun twists added that you won't see on either, like integrated lights and a retractable handle. It also boasts an IP64 water rating and a top speed of 50mph, which sounds scary considering the small 7-inch tires.
The Skwheel One has already raised over $64,000 on Indiegogo, and hopefully will be entering production in April, and shipping from their factory in France in June.

The Freshly Charged Take
The Skwheel One looks like a ton of fun. It has some neat features we don't see often, and is a unique idea for taking the sport of skiing off of the slopes and onto... pretty much anywhere. We also love seeing PEVs come with a water rating, and the Skwheel One's IP64 rating provides peace of mind given the wide variety of terrains the Skwheel is meant to be ridden on. If the folks over at Skwheel decide to send us one, we will eagerly make a full review and post it here!
