In this review we will give an overview of the newest bike, the Aventon Level 3.

Things We Like
Seat Post Suspension: In addition to the front suspension fork, comfort has been increased with the introduction of seat post suspension into the newest Aventon model. The seat post itself has 50mm of travel, which is enough to smooth out nearly all bumps that aren’t handled by the 27.5″ tire and front suspension.
Theft Deterrence: The Level 3 has a feature called the Aventon Control Unit, which provides geofencing, GPS tracking, remote locking, a passcode, and a 4G connection for tweaking and monitoring these settings from your phone.
Things We Don’t Like
Power: The Level 3 still is capped at 20mph, and actually has a less powerful battery system than the previous generation (36V instead of 48V). With many of Aventon’s competitors beginning to offer bikes with 750W motors and 48V (or higher) systems, the Aventon Level 3 is definitely lacking in this regard.
